Everyone, neurodivergent and neurotypical alike, makes mistakes. Making mistakes is normal. It’s human. It does not make you a failure.
Will some of the mistakes you make be different from the ones neurotypical people make? Yes, absolutely. Our brains work differently, so some of the "mistakes" we make will look different.
But rather than allowing the mistake to define our identity, let's look at the mistake for what it is: a single choice we can analyze and learn from. Use the mistake to help your growth, not stunt it.
