One of the annoying components of ADHD
is forgetfulness, so use this tip to help
counteract that! When you think of
something important that you need to
do/remember, don't try to hold it in your
mind. Instead, make a note (in a place you're prone to check frequently), and move on to the next thing you need to do.
This frees up space in your mind to focus
on the most pressing task in front of you
since now you don't need to worry about
remembering that important thing for later.
